A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total service cost.

Bookings are only confirmed once any required deposit has been received.

Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Autoperla Ltd. By booking a service, you agree to the following:

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

 

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the loss of the deposit

  • Cancellations within 12 hours may be subject to a charge of up to 50% of the service cost

Autoperla Ltd reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control, including weather or safety concerns.

4. Arrival & Access

 

Customers must ensure suitable access to the vehicle at the time of the appointment.

This includes:

  • Safe, legal working space (e.g. driveway or off-street parking)

  • Access to electricity and/or water if required

If we are unable to begin work within 15 minutes of arrival due to access issues, the appointment may be cancelled and the deposit retained.

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working environment is unsafe.

5. Weather Conditions

 

As a mobile service, our work is weather-dependent.

Appointments may be postponed in cases of:

  • Heavy rain

  • Strong winds

  • Extreme temperatures

This ensures both safety and the quality of the finish.

6. Vehicle Condition & Customer Responsibilities

 

Customers are responsible for:

  • Removing all personal belongings prior to the appointment

  • Providing accurate information about the vehicle’s condition at the time of booking

  • Vehicles with excessive dirt, pet hair, sand, or heavy soiling may incur additional charges. These will always be discussed and agreed before work begins.

We reserve the right to refuse service for vehicles containing hazardous materials, including but not limited to bodily fluids, mold, or

infestations.

7. Pre-Existing Damage

 

Autoperla Ltd will carry out a pre-service inspection where appropriate.

We are not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Faulty or fragile components

  • Loose trims, badges, or fittings that may fail during cleaning

Any known issues should be disclosed prior to the service.

8. Service Results & Duration

 

We aim to achieve the best possible results for every vehicle. However, outcomes may vary depending on the vehicle’s age, condition, and previous care.

We do not guarantee the removal of all defects.

Some issues, such as deep scratches, stone chips, or permanent staining, may not be fully correctable through detailing alone.

If the booked service is not suitable, we will recommend the most appropriate option before proceeding.

9. Pricing & Payment

 

All prices are listed on our website or booking system.

Final pricing may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Condition

  • Additional services requested

Any changes will be clearly communicated and agreed before work begins.

Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We use secure payment processing via Square. By making a payment, you agree to their terms and privacy policy.

Accepted payment methods may include card payments and other supported digital methods.

10. Liability

 

Autoperla Ltd will exercise reasonable care and skill at all times.

However, we are not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Damage caused by undisclosed defects

  • Loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.

11. Photography & Marketing

 

We may take before and after photographs for portfolio and marketing purposes.

No personal or identifying details will be shared without permission

Vehicle registration numbers will not be displayed

You may opt out at any time before or during your appointment

12. Right to Refuse Service

 

Autoperla Ltd reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time if:

  • Conditions are unsafe

  • The vehicle condition was misrepresented

  • Expectations are unreasonable

 

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
